Refund policy
Refunds for Undamaged Orders
For undamaged, non-special order items, we offer a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days. If you would like to return an undamaged good, we ask that you ship the item in saleable condition (free of damage or blemishes) to the warehouse of origin (at your expense) and pay a $25 handling and restocking fee.

Refunds for Orders Damaged During Shipping
For items damaged during shipping or missing items to your original order, we will issue an exchange/replacement at no cost.
In this unlikely event, we require that you notify us within 5 days of delivery and upon request, you agree to:
- Retain the parcel for an additional 10 business days to allow our shipper to examine the original parcel(s).
- Email to us digital photos of the parcel(s).

Exchanges
